Delete Account

You can permanently delete your Immortal Tiger account and all associated personal data at any time.

How to delete your account

• Open the Immortal Tiger app on your device.
• At the main screen, tap the Account button at the top-left corner.
• Select Delete Account.
• We will send a one-time password (OTP) to the email you registered with.
• Enter your email and the OTP code to confirm.

Once confirmed, your account and data will be permanently deleted within 30 days. This action is irreversible. Records of your purchases are kept for refunds, fraud prevention and accounting, as described in our Privacy Policy. Messages you posted in a pack's chat are an exception: they stay in that pack's recent history (its 50 most recent messages) until newer messages replace them or the pack is disbanded. Your friend list, friend requests and friend chat conversations are deleted.
